Bioconstruction

The construction of any civil work generates a big environmental impact. The bioconstruction achieves to minimize disorders, at the same time that experiences a sustainable development, which respects environmental biodiversity.

Fundamental principles:

  • We have to consider climatic conditions, hydrography and ecosystems of the environment where the buildings are constructed, to obtain the maximum performance within the minor impact.

  • Efficacy and moderation in the use of building materials, giving priority to the ones with low energetic content towards those with a high energetic content.

  • The reduction of energy consumption for calefaction, refrigeration, illumination and other equipment, covering the rest of the demand with renewable energy sources.
